We test thumbnails based on CTR, so you'll also get to see how your designs actually perform — and use that to make the next ones better.

Your perspective as someone who consumes this stuff matters.

You'd be a good fit if

You have a good eye for design and can explain why something works, not just that it looks nice.

You're comfortable working in Photoshop, Illustrator, or whatever tool gets the job done.

You can take feedback well and iterate quickly — we move fast and revisions are part of the process.

You're a regular You Tube viewer and have a rough sense of what makes a thumbnail scroll-stopping.

Bonus points if

You know your way around After Effects or have some motion graphics background.
