Recruitment Support

• Assist in posting job ads on career platforms.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events.
• Help maintain employee recognition programs.
• Design visual materials such as posters, infographics, and prepare presentation slides for HR communications and events.

Contribute to festive office decorations, helping to create a vibrant and inclusive environment during cultural celebrations.

HR Administration

• Maintain employee records and databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Help with filing and organizing HR documents.
