Responsible to perform the detailed study for operation (4M: Man, Machine, Material and Method) through complying Industrial Engineering practises and methodology.

Responsible to meet and close the improvement opportunities on time for company revenue growth.

Responsible to focus and executive on the OEE provided solutions with operation teams.

Responsible to monitor and provide the up-to-date report for material efficiency performance.

Responsible to identify and audit operation meet the standard layout setting criteria.

Any other tasks / projects assigned by your Superior and/or Management.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent

• Work Experience

Fresh graduate with relevant internship and practical experience.

Technical And Professional Knowledge

Excellent analytical

skills

and attention to detail.

Understand concept of MTM (Methods Time Measurement), MODAPTS (Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standards) and MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or similar software.

Excellent verbal and written communication

skills
