Where You Come In

Provide hands-on support for end-user computing issues, assisting with troubleshooting of hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices under supervision.

• Support the setup, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices in accordance with established IT standards and procedures.
• Assist with basic incident resolution related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and network connectivity, escalating complex issues as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and support tickets while following IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Collaborate with the IT Desktop Support team on system upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You Successful

You are currently pursuing Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
