• Perform basic troubleshooting and initial analysis for reported issues.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Assist in SIT and UAT related to Branch Teller System and mobile application.
• Support daily BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities and administrative tasks.

Ensure proper documentation and closure of all assigned tickets.

Skills

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

Java, .NET, MySQL, MS SQL
