• Assist in research and documentation related to AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
• Support infrastructure-related tasks such as monitoring systems, basic troubleshooting, and configuration under supervision.
• Help with endpoint device management (Windows, macOS, mobile devices), including inventory checks and basic setup.
• Participate in testing and validation of AI-driven tools and automation workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and progress.
