The Position

Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist
New floor setup of IT equipments
New Hire IT Onboarding tasks
Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool and asset management documentation
Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily task on handling user issues
Undergraduate students from reputable universities in the relevant fields of IT, Computer Science or Engineering
Passionate and energetic in information technology functions (IT Hardware related)
Good communication
with high proficiency in English
