This

role

will be based in Bangsar

What you’ll be doing

Support ERP transformation projects through meeting coordination, documentation, action tracking, and project administration.

Assist in improving IT operations by documenting processes, updating SOPs, and maintaining IT records and inventories.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and trackers using Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Support data collection, validation, and cleansing activities for ERP and IT improvement initiatives.

Assist with project communications, training coordination, user engagement, and change management activities.

Requirement

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams and Share Point.

Basic Excel capability such as simple formulas and data comparison.

Exposure to pivot tables, Power BI, Power Automate or ticketing tools is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Able and willing to learn project tools, templates, trackers and documentation standards used by the IT team.

Organised, detail-oriented and reliable in taking notes, tracking actions, following up and maintaining documents.

Curious, proactive and willing to learn, while understanding the importance of confidentiality, accuracy and escalation.
