Responsibilities

• Assist in technical training event.
• Assist to prepare and maintain training materials for local service team and corporate clients.

Product testing and evaluation, report product quality issue and firmware issue.

• Assist technical team on preparing networking and CCTV solutions for a range of company products.
• Prepare formal technical proposals and presentations (heatmap, bill of materials) for clients.
• Work with the local service team to provide technical support for corporate clients.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

Final year Bachelor's Degree students in Information Technology, majoring in Networking, Computer Systems, Information Security, or equivalent.

Ready to commit to a minimum of 20 weeks for their industrial training and aligned with university internship
