Job Description

ESSENTIAL

DUTIES

RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Development (60%)

• Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing applications using .NET Core and related frameworks
• Support bug fixes and minor enhancements to existing production systems

Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices

• Participate in code reviews to learn from senior developers

Collaboration & Learning (25%)

• Work with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Operations) to understand business

requirements

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Shadow senior developers during

requirements

gathering and technical design sessions

Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Technical Support (15%)

• Help troubleshoot application issues reported by manufacturing users
• Assist in testing and validation activities before production deployments

Qualifications

REQUIRED

:

Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0 (or equivalent)

PREFERRED

:

Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

SKILLS

Familiarity with at least one programming language (C#, Python, or Java preferred)

Fundamental knowledge of database concepts and SQL

Understanding of software development lifecycle basics
