Support day-to-day departmental operations and administrative activities

Assist in documentation, reporting, and data management

Participate in departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Gain practical exposure to industry practices, systems, and business processes within the upstream oil and gas sector

Department-Specific Exposure

Human Resources (HR): Recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR operations

Information Technology (IT): IT support, systems administration, digital solutions, hardware/software maintenance, and technology projects

Finance: Financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliation, financial analysis, and accounting operations

Asset Management: Asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, asset performance monitoring, and asset documentation

Eligibility

Requirements

Min Diploma or in Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Asset Management, or other related disciplines with a minimum CGPA of 3.0

Eligible to undergo internship as per university requirement

Good communication

skills

(written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

Able to work at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

18 years old and above
